Why did I agree to have a fasting blood test tomorrow morning?

It's been the kind of day where I need to eat twice my horses' body weight in chocolate and drink cola. and cider. and wine.

Wellington Riding Club - Combined Training

Decided to chuck myself in the deep end and not only take Amber and Matti, do a dressage test on Amber, a different one on Matti but also thought it would be great to do the 70cm jumping class too!  Both loaded up ok and traveled fine. Once at the venue we unloaded them and I got Amber ready, while Simon toddled off to get my number etc.  Headed over to the warm up and Simon took Matti in hand as didn't want to leave him alone at the lorry. Amber grew to about 17hh, with eyes on stalks and didn't really settle during the warm up.  Headed over to the arena and waited for the bell. In we went and did a tense test, but did all movements vaguely in the right places, and add a couple of extras, like reversing out of the arena! Next it was Matti's turn, again rather tense, and decided he knew the test better than me, so didn't go as well as I hoped, but completed the test, and I remembered it, having only learnt it two days before and it being quite similar to Am...
