Here they are, my list of 17 things for 2017. I may change/ tweak a few over the next week or two, but am pretty happy with this list. 1 Happy Me I guess going some way to completing these tasks will help make a happy me, but in general I want to continue with the CBT ideas and be less anxious/ worried/ paranoid about life. 2 Healthy Me In general I want to eat better, drink more water, do more exercise and lose a bit more weight. 3 Organised Me By being organised I mean that I would like to remember appointments, have cards/ gifts for birthdays etc, have a better life balance, be able to find things easily, book things in rather than missing out, having a tidy, less cluttered desk/ office/ house/ life and that kind of thing. 4 Creative Me I want to be able to have more time to be creative - card making, scrap booking, colouring, writing and maybe even drawing. If I can, I will see if there are other creative hobbies I can give a go as well. ...
