Thought I should post something being as it's the Summer Solstice today! Decided early this morning that subjecting our unfit, wobbly and already sweaty selves to riding would be a bit unfair. Instead I spent time with them in the field and fed them some of Amber's favourite - digestive biscuits! They already had rugs and masks on, but I quickly took them off to douse the horses in fly spray, then rugged back up and a bit more fly spray for good measure. It wasn't much cooler in the stables today and as there was a slight breeze plus plenty of shade, decided they were better off out.

So, it's been a very long time since I updated this page. Various issues have meant I've had a break from social media for a bit.
