Another playing around with photos session- this time using the soft focus (and Blossom still has not learnt that she will never get any of Amber's grub).
Graveyard Games - Sheri Leigh This started out as a promising read. Dusty, a young woman returns to her home town after her twin brother is killed. Her own career with the Chicago Police department is in doubt, and so she investigates the murder of her brother, despite the town's police putting the incident down to a bobcat. The ending of the book turns from mystery to horror and is quite disappointing. It's a shame as the book was gripping up until that point, without a hint of the implausible ending. Perhaps if the horror side was present throughout the story, it might not have been quite so disappointing.

The time commitment for this one is not too bad as I have to do around 5 hours a week and therefore will have completed the course by November. So that's another of my 31things now progressing along.
For a while now, I've been feeling pretty down about riding and therefore have not ridden as much as I should be. Even when I do ride (normally just a walking hack), I don't enjoy it like I used to. I've only jumped once since falling off Amber and that managed to knock my confidence even more. And as for schooling, well, the less said about that the better... So, I need to make a decision and have 3 choices: 1. I give in - ie stop riding and carry on with keeping the horses as expensive, demanding pets 2. I give up - ie find the horses new homes and sell everything 3. I give it everything I got - ie riding lessons, regular physio/ saddle checks, start heavily competing, get horse transport and basically invest every penny and second into the horses Now, I am going to be told to go for option 3 but I certainly don't have the money and even time is limited. By the time I do everything else I'm either too knackered or out of time to ride. What about option 1, which is...
